Stephanie Lindsay

Starting with episode 24, we finally meet Marta Schumacher, Sophia’s mother. Marta’s voice is provided by the immensely talented Stephanie Lindsay, whose accent is nothing like what you’re hearing on the series.

In her youth, Stephanie was active in theater and dreamed of being an “on-air personality” when she majored in Radio-TV/Telecommunications in college. Having been duped by her left brain, she went to medical school instead.

After completing her Pediatrics residency, she briefly practiced medicine before “retiring” to care for her two sons. Once they were teenagers, Stephanie ventured back onto the stage to act and sing in multiple productions in community theaters and the local college.

Her performance in “Relativity” marks her first official foray into voice acting, and she’s thrilled to be part of such a talented and creative team. She hopes that “third act” of her life will include many more opportunities to act via stage, screen, and sound studios.
